Return Policy
You may return most items purchased within 30 days of the original date of purchase. All returns must be in original packaging and product safely wrapped, secured, and returned to Fecon undamaged.
To start a return, please submit your return request through our online return center.
- Return shipping costs are dependent on the reason for the return and will be deducted from your funds credited if determined that Fecon is not responsible for the items being returned.
- No restocking fee will be applied regardless of the reason for the return.
- A return authorization will be sent directly to your email along with a shipping label for the return.
No returns will be accepted without proper authorization. Please email parts@fecon.com with any questions or concerns prior to submitting your return online.
